Welcome to Sian at Hollywood! Indulge in the breathtaking direct ocean view from your private balcony in this fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with TVs for your entertainment.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two queen-size beds. You’ll find ample storage space with two walk-in closets and two double closets.

This spacious unit is filled with natural light, creating a bright and inviting ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and all necessary cooking and serving items.

Rest assured that all towels and sheets are provided, and there is an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Enjoy the resort-style amenities of the building, including an oceanfront pool and a gym. Guests have exclusive access to the beach pool and gym facilities, with the beach just steps away from the building. For your convenience, valet parking is available at a cost of $10.00 per day, arranged upon arrival with the valet attendants.

Situated at 4001 S Ocean Dr in Hollywood, FL, Sian Condo is conveniently close to the vibrant Hollywood Beach boardwalk. Explore the variety of outdoor cafes, restaurants, and shops that line the boardwalk. On weekends, you can even catch live entertainment at the bandstand. Beach Service Relocation: In order to enhance our service, Esteban’s Place has relocated our beach team and equipment. Starting from Friday, May 20th, 2022, beach service will be provided at 3725 South Ocean Drive, Hollywood, FL 33019.

Beach Access:
Our beach service includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. Additionally, towels are provided.
If you require additional chairs or umbrellas, you can directly pay for them at the beach.

Valet Parking: Please be aware that valet parking is not included in the booking. The pricing is as follows:

1-7 Days Rate: $35.00 + tax per day
8 Days Onward: $30.00 + tax per day
Non-Hotel Guests: $50.00 + tax per day
Overnight Visitor Parking is not available.

Resort Fee: There is a resort fee of $40 per day. This fee includes access to both the pool and beach areas.

Residents will receive a wristband granting access to these facilities, and pool attendants will provide towels for your convenience. Please note that it is mandatory for all guests and owners to wear these wristbands at all times. Failure to do so may result in a $100 violation fee.

If your wristband is misplaced, a replacement fee of $20 will apply, and this fee will be charged per wristband replaced. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Prospective guests are required to submit an application for association approval within one business day from the reservation’s effective date. A non-refundable application fee of $150 per adult or married couple is applicable. In the event that approval is not granted, the reservation will be promptly canceled, and all deposits will be fully refunded. For rushed applications submitted within seven days or less of the check-in date, an additional fee of $200 per adult or married couple is required.
