The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, and there is a full-size sofa bed in the living room to accommodate additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and cookware, allowing you to prepare meals with ease.
The balcony overlooks the street and fills the unit with abundant natural light. It’s an ideal spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful view. We provide towels, linens, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located just a few steps away from the unit.

The building offers free wireless internet in the lobby, and we also provide Wi-Fi access for the unit. Additionally, beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for your beach outings. This is the perfect beach retreat for your vacation, with easy access to wonderful shops, Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Park, Bal Harbour, grocery stores, and excellent restaurants.

The condo boasts two seasonally heated swimming pools with expansive sundecks, beautifully landscaped surroundings, and an entertainment room available by RSVP. Guests can enjoy a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center and a complete business center with high-speed internet access. The stylish, ultra-contemporary lobby features concierge services, valet parking, an attended front desk, and 24-hour security.

To access all complex amenities, guests must comply with the complex association rules. The complex association will provide a hand plastic band to each guest, which must be worn to access all amenities.

Please note that the fobs (electronic keys) that open the common area doors require a charge of $30 for every 2 adults. This is a non-refundable fee and is not included in the price. It must be paid to the management office upon arrival.

2 weeks: $100
3 weeks: $125

Daily parking: $10
Overnight parking: $20
Holiday parking: $40

Packages received during your stay will incur a fee of $7 per package.

Check-ins until 9 pm are free of charge. Late check-ins will incur a fee, which must be paid in cash at the check-in time.

Beach Service Relocation: In order to enhance our service, Esteban’s Place has relocated our beach team and equipment. Starting from Friday, May 20th, 2022, beach service will be provided at 3725 South Ocean Drive, Hollywood, FL 33019.

Beach Access:
Our beach service includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. Additionally, towels are provided.
If you require additional chairs or umbrellas, you can directly pay for them at the beach.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

***Additional Fees (Paid Only with Debit/Credit Card):

Valet Parking: Please be aware that valet parking is not included in the booking. The pricing is as follows:

1-7 Days Rate: $35.00 + tax per day
8 Days Onward: $30.00 + tax per day
Non-Hotel Guests: $50.00 + tax per day
Overnight Visitor Parking is not available.

Resort Fee: There is a resort fee of $40 per day. This fee includes access to both the pool and beach areas.

Residents will receive a wristband granting access to these facilities, and pool attendants will provide towels for your convenience. Please note that it is mandatory for all guests and owners to wear these wristbands at all times. Failure to do so may result in a $100 violation fee.

If your wristband is misplaced, a replacement fee of $20 will apply, and this fee will be charged per wristband replaced. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
