The first parking space is included with your reservation, and an additional parking sticker is available for a fee of $35, providing convenient parking options during your stay.

Please note that for certain reservations, approval from the condominium is required. Prospective guests must submit an application for association approval within one business day from the reservation’s effective date. A non-refundable application fee of $150 per adult or married couple is required. In the event that the approval is not granted, the reservation will be promptly canceled, and all deposits will be fully refunded. Rushed applications, submitted within seven days or less of the check-in date, incur an additional fee of $200 per adult or married couple.
